Terms and Conditions of Using the winbok Platform
This document sets out the conditions that are binding on all winbok members. Please read it carefully before registering an account or using any service provided by our platform.
Foundation of the User Agreement
The winbok terms and conditions are built on six core principles that protect both parties — the platform and its members.
Member Eligibility
Registration is open only to individuals aged 21 and above. winbok reserves the right to request identity document verification at any time to ensure compliance with this requirement.
Account Security
Each member is fully responsible for the security of their password and login information. Suspicious activity must be reported to customer support immediately.
Bonus Usage

Deposits and Withdrawals
The minimum deposit and withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. All valid withdrawal requests are processed within 5-30 minutes after verification is complete.
Enforcement Action
winbok reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any member who violates these terms, engages in fraud, or attempts to exploit the platform's systems without authorisation.
Amendment of Terms
winbok reserves the right to update these terms and conditions from time to time. Notification will be sent by email or via in-platform notification. Continued use is considered acceptance of the updated terms.
1. Definitions and Interpretation
In this document, "winbok", "we", "platform" or "company" refers to the operator of the website winbok.onl, which operates under international licensing. "Member", "user" or "you" refers to any individual who has registered an account on this platform.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals
winbok accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through designated payment methods. All transactions must be conducted through the official payment channels listed on the platform.
The minimum amount for each deposit transaction is RM50. Likewise, the minimum amount for each withdrawal request is RM50. Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
- Successful deposits are typically credited to the account instantly.
- Verified withdrawals are processed within 5-30 minutes.

Withdrawal requests involving bonus funds require the specified wagering requirements to be fulfilled first. Funds originating from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been fully met.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
winbok offers various promotions to registered members. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions set at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a RM100 bonus, bringing your account balance to RM200. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount — in this example, RM100 × 20 = RM2,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
- Each member is entitled to the welcome bonus once only.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.
- Bets placed using deposit funds only (not bonus funds) do not count towards fulfilling the bonus wagering requirement.
- winbok reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
- The VIP promotion provides weekly cashback starting from 0.3% at Bronze level up to 1.5% at Diamond level.
6. Fair Play Policy
winbok is committed to ensuring that all games offered are fair, transparent and free from any manipulation. Our platform uses independently audited random number generators (RNG) to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and unpredictable.

- Money laundering activity or suspicious transactions reported by financial institutions.
- Intentional exploitation of bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities.
- Improper conduct or threats directed at customer support staff.
8. Liability Limits
winbok provides the platform with best efforts to ensure service continuity. However, the platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, free of errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Under no circumstances will winbok be liable for any consequential or incidental losses — including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect losses — arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.
- winbok's maximum liability to any member will not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the past 30 days.
- winbok is not responsible for financial decisions made based on information on the platform.
- Service interruptions caused by maintenance, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our control do not entitle members to claim compensation.
9. Responsible Gambling
winbok fully supports responsible gambling practices. We believe that gambling should remain a form of entertainment and not a source of income or a way to resolve financial problems. All members are encouraged to set personal limits and play within their means.
